What do you collect?

As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to collect Something.  By nature I do not like a lot of clutter or nick nacks, but a collection en masse has always made my heart skip a beat.  So...why have I not started my own?  I think my fear is it looking too dust covered granny or messy.
Here are a few displays that get me Inspired:)

Okay, here's my annoying Realtor note: If your house is For Sale pack up your collection.  You want buyers focusing on your home not your beloved items, it can be very distracting.

I would Love to hear about what your collecting.  Make a comment below and tell me about it!

As the housing market continues to deliver news of doom and gloom, it is apparent that no one is safe from falling behind on mortgage payments and possibly slipping into foreclosure, including the sports stars and movie stars we follow. Bite Me

Pardon the title, but I needed to get your attention.

I was at Whole Foods last night and found myself in the bakery section, shocker, and happend upon these little darlings.  The package read "Natural Whole Wheat Cookies".  Taste was the immediate concern.  I took a chance because they were too cute to resist and so happy I did!  They really taste homemade, buttery with just a hint of salt.

So glad I discovered Bite Me Cookies!  These would make a great hostess or "Thank You" gift for my clients:)

Gardening Anthro Style

Too good to be true gardening!  These Seed Bombs I found on Anthropologie look fun!  Here is what the company has to say:
"Toss these gumball-sized seed-and-soil pods out into your garden - no need to even dig a hole - and they'll eventually bombard your yard with a bee, butterfly and bird-friendly wildflower mixture specific to the United States region of your choice". By Cincinnati design studio VisuaLingual.
Five mixes to choose from.  I've got my "Midwest Mix" on order.

500 Credit Score? Exciting News from Wells Fargo!

Valuable information from our Danberry "in office expert" Ann Newman of Wells Fargo First Mortgage Consultants.

  • If you’ve been hearing the buzz that Wells Fargo is now offering FHA financing down to a 500 credit score, let me confirm that it’s true! For the right buyer, the 600 credit score has now been lifted with some additional parameters.
  • Down payment - for credit scores of 580-599, a 5% down payment is needed. For scores between 500 and 579, 10% is needed.
  • Debt to Income Ratio - FHA has always been flexible with the debt to income ratio. When going to a lower credit score, though, they’re requiring ratios similar to what a conventional loan would want (31%/36% required).
  • Limits on seller contributions - the seller contribution is limited to 3%.
  • No gift funds - the down payment has to be the buyers own money.
  • FHAs existing rules on judgments, collections, bankruptcies, etc. still apply. For many buyers, though, this lightening of the requirements is a HUGE win. If you have been previously turned down because there score was too low, give me a call!  I’d be happy to guide you through the process!
Thanks for the great info Ann!
